Today, we’re celebrating #WorldKindnessDay with São Paulo-based illustrator Patricia Leda (@sublinhando). “World Kindness Day is a special day to remind us that we are not alone, that we are loved by our friends and our family,” she explains. “It’s an opportunity to say something special to the people we like. It’s like a little reminder that we need to practice this every day.”
Head to our story to see the templates Patricia created for today’s holiday ❤️, then spread some kindness with the people in your 🌎.

Photo by Robbie Shone @shonephoto | 5 a.m. on the first morning on Wegener Halvø peninsula as sea fog rolls in over Nathorst Fjord. We continued our watches on land in 2.5-hour shifts, mostly observing musk oxex, though looking out for bigger furry white creatures too. It was a great opportunity for me to take photographs, though my partners were less enthusiastic at being awake in the middle of the night. Chris is seen here starting his watch, wandering off toward the cook/food tent to see what may be approaching in the midst. #EAGRE18 @greenland_caves

“This is a beautiful environmental portrait of an artist in his studio. I love how directional the light is coming through the window and shedding light on the details of his craft. I love it.” — @natgeoyourshot Associate Photo Editor Kristen McNicholas (@kemcnicholas)

After years of mostly traveling abroad, getting to spend a little time at home with @irisalexandrov and our kids is a soothing blessing! Early mornings outside our house near Uppsala, Sweden are now humid and cold. Nature in our backyard is gradually turning into a beautiful autumn landscape. Please follow @mattiasklumofficial and @alexandrovklumoffial for more images, films and stories from Sweden and around the world.
