1) I'm clearly no makeup artist; I'm a peasant with a drawer full of cheap brands and a passion for color. 👄
2) "Sailor Moon-inspired" doesn't mean the same makeup they'd wear at the anime or manga. It also doesn't mean cosplay makeup. It's just makeup based on their style and color schemes. 🎨
3) "Your makeup is terrible!" Please love me anyway. 😭 I'm assymetrical, my lighting is not ideal, and my visual acuity is bad (and doing eye makeup with glasses is... difficult). Lots of excuses. I'll probably redo some of these any time.😉
4) I've used #B612 filters to achieve some hair and eye color effects, but the last photo will always be the closest to the real colors.
♇Sailor Pluto is kind of a mystery to me. She was the guardian of that Door of Time and all, but I don't recall much about her appearances in the series. Basically all I know about her are things that were in her character sheet, like the fact she is the oldest one and that her star sign is Scorpio. I also have a hunch that Naoko Takeuchi kinda messed up and mixed Pluto and Saturn attributes. If the same logic she used with the other sailors was applied, Pluto should be the one related to death (since Pluto = Hades), and Saturn the one time-themed (since Saturn = Chronos). But anyways... she always gave me a mature, gentle vibe, and I remember her as somewhat maternal... maybe? Well, maybe it's in my head. 😅
For her makeup, I used black, deep burgundy (brownish/reddish colors, basically) and the tiniest amount of dark green. For the lips, I chose a darker hue of hot pink, thinking about her eye color. I like the finished makeup, but since I know so little about the character, I also feel quite unsure about this one.😶 #makeup #maquiagem #selfie #selca #me #eu #SailorMoon #SailorPluto #化粧 #自分 #自撮り #セルフィー #セルカ #美少女戦士セーラームーン #セーラームーン #セーラープルート
