I am SHARING someone might RELATE to how my 200 YTT with @bryceyoga brought enlightenment, & awareness through my being ; .
being ok with imperfection: down to earth, it's ok you can't be an expert in everything ( & nobody was born an expert you ask you get the answer that simple) everyday there is something new that you will have to learn, be more present and expend in the things that you're already good at, focus on them, this realization kicked my ANXIETY away, EGO forbids you from moving forward anyways no time for this .
how to deal with HATRED
as humans our first reactions we PROTECT & DEFFEND ourselves; our childhood shapes us and whatever the experiences we went through we move upon this image of ourselves which is the mirror of our perception to LIFE; LEARN from bad experiences, failures but move on as they say never a failure always a lesson, be in peace with YOURSELF first, don't stay in that small bubble of your own perception and how it should be; when CLEARNESS settles your mind it becomes easy to notice hatred and it hurts & we can't just do nothing about it react with LOVE towards them nd if they're not receptive STAY AWAY .
LIFE is meant to be LIVED

i am not attached to YOGA but to how much i am learning on my mat how much i loved my imperfections on my mat how much i failed and rose up on my mat, YOGA added years to my life and life to my years .
