Motivation began last Monday up until this morning and them dedication and determination set in. I DID NOT want to get up. I was super exhausted yesterday from the everyday grind, got an amazing sleep however I still wanted to cuddle up and sleep in.
What did i do!?
I GOT THE DAMN UP!
I told myself, no, this is not what's going to help me reach my goals. I will regret not getting this workout in. ☠
So here's a little progress pic to help myself stay accountable. This was almost a year apart 👉 same pants- size 6. When I got them they were so tight but they fit! Now I have to roll them down since they are so loose at the waist. Muscle gains in the lower half still fit tho 😂
👉 size 8 bra to size 6! Yes the chest has decreased as most fitness people will back up! A lot of people hate this but I actually dont mind. I'd rather have a booty and small waist than big boobs 🤷♀️

👉 working on caloric deficit, clean 80/20 diet, creating more muscle and being in my best shape ever!
