Over the past month, I have shared conversations with people regarding mindset. Whether it’s music, movies, politics, social media or the overall feeling in the world today, it seems like a lot of people are depressed, fearful, stuck and don’t know where to begin to get themselves out of the rut. I had the opportunity to listen to others, share some of my experiences and offer some helpful suggestions to jumpstart new emotional waves.
I want to share a few things that help me to create (my own) energy, gain clarity and have a positive mindset everyday single day.
