CHILL mode. For like 5 minutes! You know that feeling when you’ve been going. Going. Going. All week and you just wanna stop. And chill? Even for just a few minutes before jumping on the grind again? But seriously at least 1/2 hr of my everyday is spent putting away other little peoples (aka kids) stuff that is left where evas and messes drives me crazy! Is @mariekondo starting tidy up school anytime soon??! If so I got three kids that will be the first to enroll!! 😛Anyways, take time to chill, even if it’s just 5-10 minutes to reboot your body and brain 🧠 I promise it’s worth it. So many people can’t rest or push themselves. 5 minutes will do wonders and you’ll avoid getting sick, fatigue or overly exhausted and keeping yourself out of commission for days instead. 3. You are enough- know your own worth-Stay confident- the greatest gift you can give is yourself
4. Show love to everyone
5. Learn how to receive
6. Give more in value than you get in payment .

Lately I have been feeling this push to enjoy every day, to not take a single moment for granted with this little one.
I’m sure it’s because she is my last baby and this year has gone SO fast!

My coaching business is all about teaching people how to make a natural and healthy lifestyle easier for families so you can spend more time focusing on the things that are really important!

So as the holidays create more things/clutter and toys I find myself feeling a little overwhelmed and we are in the midst of another home clean out.

These sweet loves are my heartbeat, and the reason behind why I do so much of what I do. We can’t control everything they’re exposed to in the world, and when in Disney’s Animal Kingdom, you can’t pass up the chance to see your kids’ faces painted so adorably with paints that probably weren’t made from sunflowers. That just isn’t our life.

But we CAN control what we bring into our homes; what we use to brush our teeth, bathe, clean, freshen the air, & use support our bodies on a daily basis— everything in our home is a choice for or against our wellness.

So today, for #ThievesThursday, I want to share for approximately the 537th time, my go-to Thieves Tub Scrub recipe (we have so many new faces 👋👋). We LOVE using this, knowing it’s totally safe to dunk our kids in the tub or shower right after, worry-free about what they’re soaking in. (Plus, does anyone else multitask and shower while they finish cleaning the shower? We won’t even get into what chemicals I used to literally bathe in 😳🤭).

| | THIEVES TUB SCRUB | |
🛁 💕
⠀⠀ I N G R E D I E N T S :
+ 1/4 cup Thieves Cleaner (undiluted)
+ 1 cup Baking Soda
+ 1 tsp White Vinegar
+ 20 drops Essential Oils (I usually pick two of these and do 10 each: Purification, Thieves, Pine, Lemon or Lemon Myrtle, Tea Tree, Lemongrass - whatever you like!)
⠀⠀ D I R E C T I O N S :
+ Mix ingredients in a medium/large bowl.
+ Adjust / add additional baking soda or Thieves Cleaner if needed until you get a “mashed potato” consistency.
+ Add to 8 ounce mason jar and store in a cool, dark place.
⠀⠀
T O U S E :
+ Spray desired surface (sink, tub, shower, toilet, etc) with Thieves All Purpose Cleaner.
+ Using wet scrubbing brush or cleaning cloth, scrub surface with Thieves Tub Scrub.
+ Rinse with hot water (I like to continue scrubbing while I rinse).
+ If mixture dries over time in mason jar, simply add more Thieves Cleaner and stir.

So easy, so affordable, and so much peace of mind for mama bears everywhere. Seriously, make the switch and be ready to fall in love. 🐻 💕

This has been my go to oil lately, something I make sure to wear and diffuse every single day.

I struggled a lot last year with negative thoughts, doubts, fears, emotions, and worries. Little did I know I was only self sabotaging myself. I basically convinced myself that I could never reach my dreams and goals because I didn’t have the right connections, the right resources, the right personality, the knowledge, the confidence, and so on.

It wasn’t until recently when someone pointed out to me how I was self sabotaging myself. I never really realized it and then it all made sense. I knew I had to change my way of thinking and get the negative thought and emotional pattern out of my head.

From what I have learned I knew that essential oils are the only way to release negative emotions associated with the past. So I researched, from what I was exactly thinking about myself negatively, and found Abundance essential oil to be something worth trying.

Abundance can bring abundant feelings of health, wealth, and happiness. It’s uplifting, very empowering, and it encourages abundant thoughts. And it smells really great!

After this past month of using this oil, I can definitely tell there is a night and day mood and thought change. What I once thought wasn’t possible for myself, is now not even a thought or doubt because IT IS possible. There is just something about this oil that gives me that next level of confidence and positivity.

I know that I am in control of my thoughts and emotions. It’s my responsibility to take care of them and this is one of the ways that has worked wonders for me. I know it’s not easy at times, but I’m grateful for the tools I have to help me go forward and thrive.
