MELBOURNE // The INVERT 2.0 MINI LIVING – BUILT BY ALL talk series kicks off tonight as part of an exhibition in Melbourne that explores how architects can adapt to population growth through elegant, sustainable design, and creative use of space.
INVERT 2.0 was developed by MINI (yes, the cars!) and green magazine with support from RMIT and City of Melbourne.
The talks, being held 22 to 25 Oct, provide attendees, architects and architecture students with an opportunity to unpack the vision and planning behind each of the designs for the exhibition's hypothetical "village". Topics will include community-building in multi-residential contexts and sustaining liveable cities for our growing population.
All the best to @bencalleryarchitect, @archiblox, @topology_studio and @chrisconnelldesign who are participating tonight!
Tickets are free and available at green magazine.com.au
