I hear all the time that "At home workouts don't really work like the gym". I thought so too. That's all I ever knew.
But after I graduated I never got results at the gym... I spent my time in the gym thinking: ✨"What exercises I need to sequence together?" *spends 30 minutes on google*

✨"5.... 6.... 7.... *insert random thought here* dang, what rep am I on... Yeah I did 10... Right? Ok i'll just do 2 more... Finally I put my ego aside, stopped wasting my time, picked a program that had 60 days PLANNED FOR ME with a nutrition guide. All I had to do was show up, press play, do the work, follow the screen for form, and focus on pushing myself.
