The Under Glutes 🍑
Since a lot of you wanted to see exercises that target the under glutes, I put together a few exercises that are variations of each other so that you have more options 👍🏼 These are probably some of my favorite exercises to work the under glutes, hope this helps 😄
1️⃣Cable kneeling hip thrusts
3️⃣Kneeling hip thrusts w/ weighted barbell
4️⃣Bosu ball hip thrusts with dumbbell
5️⃣Bosu ball frog pumps with dumbbell
If you want more of a challenge try adding a resistance band to all of these exercises 🔥 Andd don’t forget to squeeze!!
