Cacao + fig oats
Packed with antioxidants, cacao is unrefined cocoa or ‘raw chocolate’ and is a great source of magnesium
I mixed a heaped spoonful of cacao powder with my usual oats, plant milk, chia seeds and a chopped medjool date.
Topped with fresh fig, blueberries, soya yogurt, tahini and coconut chips
