The best thing I’ve done is starting to care for myself! My mental health and he’ll being, my body, my diet! I’ve been eating veggies almost every night, I’ve been working out from 20 minutes up to 2 hours a day and I’ve already seen a massive difference loosing 3 or 4kg as well as loosing 3 cm off my stomach already! It’s amazing and I am excited to see the outcome of myself if I keep this up! I’ve never been so proud of myself in my life! I will be posting updated of myself on here also!
