I thought it would look better, but I still feel like it was a win... This is a lot of progress to me compared to my past experiences with food and difficulty going to the gym consistently.
I feel like I tried to accomplish many things at once, so that was little bit demanding, I was asking for “perfection”... however, with that I realized that if I counted work out OR eating, I achieved my goal of 21, actually 22 days out of 29. If I counted work out AND food, I achieved 17/29. So for the next month, I have the goal of Fat loss in mind, which is basically having a moderate caloric deficit which I will achieve by exercising (Incorporating weight lifting) and eating healthy. And this is because I want to. i want to have a more defined body because it makes me feel good, not because i feel like I HAVE to.
So, i will do the 21 day goal again for working out, and that means every week I will strive for 5 workouts per week, which according to my schedule is totally do-able.
In regards to my eating habits, I believe they are a lot better now. I achieved a somewhat consistent eating routine, and I find myself craving mostly healthy foods. I developed healthier HABITS,, and as a result my life is WAY more productive.
When I want some junk, I eat it. So now I will continue trusting my body, and will regulate how much junk I actually eat , in order to maximize my goal of fat loss. And btw I bought myself lulu pants as a reward YAY
