What I ❤️ most about streaming workouts is trying new programs from the comfort of my living room. Today I used a step for the first time and it KICKED my 🍑 Literally only 20 min and I DIED 🤣 •

It’s easy to do something when it’s convenient for you. It’s a lot harder to do something when it takes time, dedication and patience.
I’m still not where I want to be but I’m always a step closer. .
This picture only shows you a “look” however my transformation has been much more than that. I’ve grown as a person in ways that have made me happier than ever. I’m stronger physically and mentally than ever before and that’s something that only with work can you accomplish. .

It’s been a LONG journey but this is my LIFESTYLE now and I am so in love with who I have become. Shoutout to my Mom and my Husband for always motivating me and keeping me in check 😆💕 it’s been so many UPS and DOWNS but I can’t go back. -I drink TONS of WATER💦

Back from taking light week off (deload). With the program I’ve been on I feel like it wasn’t structured well for recovery. I found myself burnt out nervous system wise and my body would be extremely fatigued. I’m switching to trying out deadlifting once a week because I want to make sure my recovery is on point which is just as important as how hard you go in the gym. Decided to do a 3x3 not too hard and stay sub maximal. Here’s 405 on a rocket ship tho 🚀
