use the momentum of your legs to lift your hips off the ground.
▫️Modified Bicycle Crunch
one rep: alternate 3 knee tucks to a leg hover (make sure you keep your core tight to control the leg being dropped)
▫️ Overhead Crunch to Straight Leg
use your lower abs to lift your legs off the ground and in front of you.

. - Carry a water bottle with you wherever you go. This way, you can drink whenever the need strikes. .
. - Keep track of your intake. Aim to take in optimum amounts every day. .
. - Pace yourself to approach half of your recommended consumption by midday. You can always finish about an hour before you plan to sleep. .
