Todays good outweighed the bad. I overdid it at lunch (by a lot) but instead of throwing the whole day away I came to the gym tonight. I knew that if I missed today I would ultimately make excuses the rest of the week. The other good? Two staff members remembered me by name tonight at the gym and honestly thats the coolest feeling for me. What they dont know is I had my contract cancellation letter written to them a week ago! I snapped out of it and realized changes have to be made to see results and deleted the letter and reentered the #mytransphormationchallenge contest. LETS DO THIS! 💪💕
