There’s something great that happens when you work out. It can improve your mood, increase energy, improve sleep, and so much more 😊
It’s no surprise that I love what it can do, but it doesn’t mean I have to do it every day. Yesterday I took the day off and today I wasn’t feeling 💯 % so pressing play was a little harder than normal. I modified a little more, but I still felt better after doing it. My blood got moving and the fog I was feeling was lifted.
On days like today I’m happy to have a support system that encourages me to get up and get moving, but also gets balance. Life is all about finding balance and support and getting everything to work for you.
