Warum ist es wichtig dass Ihr euch jeden Morgen Ziele setzt?
Es ist zum einem wichtig, damit Ihr nicht planlos durch den Tag schlendert, und am Ende gar nichts hinbekommen habt, denn wenn ihr euch eure Ziele für den Tag notiert, habt Ihr eine Blaupause, welche Ihr beim aufschreiben schon visualisiert.
Somit könnt ihr euren Tag bewusster leben und euch wird der Wert von Zeit noch deutlicher.
Zudem steigert es die Effizienz imens, wenn man sich seine täglichen Ziele schriftlich notiert, da es einem das Verlangen gibt, diese auch zu erreichen.
Im Endeffekt bekommt ihr deutlich mehr zu Stande wenn ihr euch euren Tag genau durchplant und Ziele setzt.

Have you ever tried to walk in the opposite direction that you were looking?
If not, try walking forward while looking back and then compare your speed to walking forward while looking forward.
What you'll find is that speed is on your side when both your vision and effort are on one accord. Now you're probably thinking that makes perfect sense, but consider how often we say we are ready to move on, all the while looking back.
We look back at how good things were. We look back at how bad things were. We wonder what would've happened if we acted in a certain way.
Reality check - it happened. Bad, good, and in between. Looking back won't change it and nor will it bring anything back. The good news? Better will happen and it will happen faster if you're looking forward to it in expectation.
Abs are hanging in there. Hit chest and arms today. More volume, less weight as I try to key into my form. Always feel my shoulders taken too much of the load. Lots of dropsets with flies. Arms just a bit of everything, 15 minutes abs, 15 mins cardio and done.
Currently 11%bf want to get back under 10 without compromising my muscle percentage.

Throw back Thursday, the first pic is from the beginning of this journey until this morning and the second is from a year ago compared to this morning.
For over 3 years I worked hard and ate right. The weight was coming of...slowly after the first few months. But I wasn’t getting the shape or feeling like the work I put in was showing. The difference between me and most others, I never quit. Not one time. Sure I got off track but I NEVER QUIT. Finally, this year I see what I really look like under all the extra issh. I had to make more changes like adding more cardio but it’s been worth it. And don’t tell anyone but I actually kinda like cardio now. Yepppp me! I can put my headphones in and drown out everything else. Sometimes I just get lost in my own thoughts and sometimes all I can think about is how much cardio sucks. BUT I do it.
There’s nothing fun or glamorous about having to be disciplined. No one knows your struggles nor do they really care. But they do see your results and want to know your secret.
