What you guys first think after listen that word...!!!
I think nowadays har kisi ko hi yeh beemari hai... Right?
Jisko dekho haan bhai kya chal raha hai he/she said bs yr nend nahi pori hui I'm an insomniac... 😑😒
But sometimes I thought k why we people take it lighter... Research has linked insomnia to high bloodpressure, congestive heart failure, diabetes, and other ailments.
We have to stop this for our health... Sometimes it can caused by several reasons like... •Significant life stress (job loss or change, death of a loved one, divorce, moving)
•Emotional or physical discomfort
•Environmental factors like noise, light, or extreme temperatures (hot or cold) that interfere with sleep
•Some medications (for example those used to treat colds, allergies, depression, high blood pressure, and asthma) may interfere with sleep
•Interferences in normal sleep schedule (jet lag or switching from a day to night shift, for example)
We have to complete our 8-10 hours sleep ni to dark circles hongy and many more things will appear due to this insomnia....!!!
And one more thing don't take sleeping pills ever jab jab khao gy utni zyda aadat hogi and these pills can cause more diseases so door rahen kindly in chezon sy mind relax karen and sojayen...
Tensions nikalo dimagh sy sab kuch chor do don't think of next day or anything else take a breath and complete ur sleep for a healthy life...
