Control it going down, keep tension in the legs then power back up 💪🏻 Start off with a higher box first then progress to a lower box when you feel comfortable 👌🏻 Option to hold a dumbbell/kettlebell close to your chest for additional challenge 😈

Lost interest in the gym earlier in the year. Took a few months off for the first time in a long time. Got fat lol then realised the gyms my anchor in life. Getting in there for an hour or so a day 5/6 days a week just makes me a better person 🤷♂️😂 don’t quit people.. be the best version of you 💯💪🏽. . .

These past 2 weeks of 30 minute dancing has sure taken me out. However daily keeping up with pushups and leg work. Yesterday knocked 35 push ups Tonight grabbed the weights and worked on my legs. Now enjoying some delicious protein.
