I literally found out I was doing EVERYTHING wrong! Thank god for @shun_pittman of @corpsdelitebeauty! I know I was merely her hair model for the day however I discovered most of my daily hair care routine was attributing to my hair breakage.
1. Use dry shampoo before your workout.
2. If your hair is drenched with sweat after your workout, either rinse your hair with water or co wash your ends.
