This weekend was about listening to what my body needed and acting upon those needs. My therapist reaffirmed the benefits of picking back up 5min-per-day meditation practice. I said no to a few parties in favor of sleep, grinding on @thegoldlist.co and eating a lot of Ethiopian food. I truly can only be my best creative self when I listen to what my body is telling me. Excited about my progress and growth. What did y’all get into this weekend?
