Neben der Rumpfaktivierung bringt das „krabbeln“ viele weitere Vorteile.
1. Dysbalancen werden vermieden.
2. durch die 90 Grad geänderte Position des Körpers wird die Wirbelsäule anders be- und damit teilentlastet.
3. die „ursprünglichen“ Bewegungsmuster des Krabbelns sorgen bei Sporteinsteigern wie Fortgeschrittenen für eine erhöhte Bewegungsqualität bei darauffolgenden Übungskombinationen. (Das bedeutet z.b. das Anfänger ihre Bewegungsqualität im Squat erhöhen, weil sie vorher durch das krabbeln ihre „primal“ Bewegungsmuster aktiviert haben.)
4. Es ist durch Variationen ein Ganzkörper- Warm Up und somit für sämtliche Zielgruppen einsetzbar.

Wichtig: Um mit viel Spaß drauf los zu krabbeln, solltest du im Vorfeld 3-5 Min für eine Handgelenksmobilisation verwenden. (Folgt morgen).
