2 different levels for this kettlebell flow! This is a complex I personally love because it incorporates a few of my favorite movements. You get core work and also get to work on your basic clean and snatch

1. This is what the full version looks like. That windmill squat might leave you in tears 😈

2. The more modified version is without the snatch. I added in a single arm press instead but you can still do the windmill squat

If you’re having trouble reaching the floor, put a block or two on the floor and touch it — all the while keeping your eyes on the kettlebell

Some slow, peaceful flow on Raven’s Point after hiking half the Fiery Gizzard Trail. Only person on the trail today, so I was able to take some extra time at the lookout and do some movement meditation!

Steady work, means steady progress. Want to these type of leg raise? Get comfortable at the top of a dip-stay there until it’s uncomfortable (within reason). Start out with leg raises on the floor. Take them to the tower and try hanging knee raises. PROGRESS what you’re doing. If it’s painful or you can’t do the movement, REGRESS to something realistic. The point is, challenge yourself with new things—get outside your comfort zone, whether that’s fitness, relationships, work, or your mental health. Growth results from good stress. So go get stressed out a little 😆
