I'm somewhat of a perfectionist.
So knowing I was heading to the lakes yesterday, I got up early doors to Google the perfect walk.
1 hour and 23,500,000 Google results later; I found myself deep in a world of stress, frustration and procrastination.
Kinda like when you Google,
"Best breakfast for weight loss"
"Best gym routine for fat loss"
"Best exercises to tone stomach"
Before playing the pros and cons of each and every option against each other and then eventually concedin',
"Urghhhh screw it, I give up!"
Do as I did yesterday; just do something.
Go to that class, turn up at the gym, go for that run, do twenty squats, reach out to that coach, pick ANY lake walk.
Just do something.
