Took it back to the basics yesterday- squats! I used to love squats, but an old ankle injury & some bad hip tightness ruined them for me. But yesterday after about 100 low weight reps, i’ve finally started to recorrect my form! it’s not perfect or near the weight that i want to be lifting, but i’m here correcting injuries & not lifting for my ego. alsssooooo, after taking over a year off of pull-ups due to a shoulder injury, i’m finally pain free 😁😁 this is my gritty last set of 3 & i have a lot more work to put into these bad boys. you only get better at something but consecutively putting time into them.
