This is a great move for stretching your calves and strengthening your core. I usually perform this dynamic stretch in my warm up. Cross one foot behind the other in downward dog position. Roll forward into plank, hold for a couple of seconds and roll back into downward dog, lifting your hips toward the sky and pressing your heel down into the ground. Repeat 8 - 10 X each side.
