These pictures document 3 months worth of progress that I made in a body transformation contest 4 years ago. This experience allowed me to engage in a process that I knew would morph my physique back to its previous state of conditioning. Of course, muscle memory also played a significant role here. Upon the completion of my body transformation, I still wasn’t 100% in terms of complete, systemic recovery. It was about 1 year before I gained all of my strength back and felt my version of normal again. I was still pleased with how much of my body I was able to get back within a 3 month time period. #fearnot#getitin#results#fit#fitness#motivation#happyhumpday#shredded#adversity resilience #calasthenics#bodybuilder#aesthetics#fitfam#teamgetitin
Lisbon was nice but I was unfortunate with the weather again 3rd holiday in a row with rain 😂 anyways another country ticked off the list 😁 food and the way off life is quite unique though! Anyways I was loving the graffiti everywhere it's quite different and it gives the city a cool hipster look.
Although I spend the majority of my time in the gym lifting weights, I enjoy bodyweight exercises a lot. They are convenient exercises you can do at home that strengthen your core and burn a lot of calories. I personally have one day a week where I focus on bodyweight exercises, not meaning that you should but I would definitely incorporate some of these into your weekly workout schedule 🙌🏽 . . . . . . #musclegrowth#motivation#nogym#calasthenics#pushup#fitness#motivationmonday#repost
Do you get lower-back pain? Do you want to improve your squat or deadlift? Try the 90-90 stretch. In this variation, I have my client’s hips elevated so he can get into the position with a little more ease. Once he improves hip mobility, I’ll take the stepper from under his hips, making it more challenging. The stick is there to provide him with spinal alignment feedback. 🏋️♂️ Instructions:
