Let me share with you a very personal story of transformation and building a belief in myself and building a habit worth keeping. 🚴🏼♀️
I have been on a fitness journey since March of this year! I knew I needed to step up my game and really focus and work hard. I met my friend, Betty, on my second day, which was a partner day @killerbfitness. 😬 I seriously thought I was going to die! You see, I am competitive by nature, and I was trying to keep up with my friend. Well... I did not have the fitness level to hang at the pace we were going, so I found myself dizzy, on the ground, wash cloth on my head because I was overheating, and drinking juice to replenish. For a split second I thought about giving up and throwing in the towel to this program, but what would that prove other than be a quitter and giving up on me. 🏊🏼♀️
Fast forward 7 months later, we partnered today and we kept an awesome pace with time to tackle the climber 🧗🏻♀️! I was elated to realize how far I have come and that I just keep getting stronger. I just kept telling myself “You can do hard things Kristin!” 🚣🏻♀️ I just needed to pause for a moment today to celebrate this WIN! What win can I celebrate with YOU? I would love to cheer 👏 you on!
