I have cellulite, I have ‘saddlebags’, I do not have a six pack, some days I’m so bloated I look preggers (hello I am a female & that is part of mother nature’s beautiful curse), I have adult acne...
But what we also have is a body that deserves SO MUCH LOVE! It keep us alive everyday, it protects us, it is strong & powerful, ladies some of you have been able to grow amazing little humans! It created life!!!!! I could go on... •
Next time you find yourself picking yourself apart. Stop. Take a moment & think about everything your body has allowed you to do. •
I promote fitness & nutrition because I want everyone to FEEL their best! You are amazing, unique, perfectly imperfect just as you are! You are worthy, you deserved to be loved and to love yourself. •
Exercise should be a form of self love not punishment.
