Got traps ? Hehehehe it’s been such a long long process of working out to see results. Slowly my game increased and I’ve gotten better in all areas. In a week I’m going to work on clean eating once again, finding out the balance for me. It’s like, workout hard, don’t eat the best, OR eat so good but lack consistency in the eating. For 30 days I’m going to be consistent in BOTH areas. Cheers to body sculpting and not so much about numbers or calories. 👊🏻👊🏻💪🏻💪🏻•

✨M A T C H A✨
As many of you know, my body is pretty sensitive to caffeine. I noticed the other day that kombucha is starting to have the same effect on my body as coffee (heart starts raving, my anxiety spikes up, and I start feeling incredibly shaky and nervous). I was so scared that I would have to give up my matcha habit as well 😩 but thankfully I didn’t!

There’s something great about having a nice warm cuppa in the morning as my day gets started. So to not lose that part of my routine is divine.

Recipe for the perfect matcha:
🍵8-16 oz near boiling water (please don’t boil it completely - it’ll burn the matcha and affect the taste)
🍵Matcha of your choice. I prefer @matchalove
🍵Turmeric & cinnamon
🍵collagen peptides
🍵coconut butter

I put all ingredients into a blender. I sift the matcha, turmeric, and cinnamon to get a finer powder (helps prevent clumping) and blend for 1-2 minutes. It comes out perfectly frothy and creamy and oh-so delicious. And it’s just enough caffeine to not freak me out and gets me through the day.

It's been a while since I've posted anything...like, at all. And I hope you haven't noticed😬

Not because I've been hiding🙈 but because you've been too busy with creating momentum in your own lives to give ✌💩💩 about mine 😂😂
I had to take a look at my own life and I saw I was coming up short. I noticed I was spending too much time trying to make sure everything LOOKED good on the OUTSIDE, without actually doing the work on the INSIDE first. This last month has been a good lesson in clarity and purpose, and I'm thankful to myself for revisiting my 'Why' to make sure I'm reminded of how important this is. Every. Single. Day.🙌🙌

Once I started using a system for coaching, setting ACTUAL goals for my business and my health, and following through on my plans, I noticed how things started to fall into place. I stopped trying to 'show off' and instead focused on 'showing up'- for myself, my loved ones, and for the people I'm trying to help. I'm so grateful🙏 for the chance to keep showing up and giving back what I can. Changing ourselves and our habits is never easy- at least, for me it isn't- but once we decide we want to change and make the commitment to change, we find success lurking around the corner, just waiting for us🙋‍♀️ Only question is: Are you ready for it?

When I’m old and grey, when I reflect back on my life, I want to look back and know I was the girl who never quit. I never failed at anything, because I never quit. I accomplished everything I set out to do because I was relentless and failure wasn’t an option. Every time I fell, I got back up and tried again. Over and over again, no matter the circumstances. Relentless. No matter what.


And I’ll reflect on this between sets as the old ass lady in the weight room because I’ll never stop lifting, either. 👵🏼💪🏻😂😂


#tbt to the 2017 @northwestchampionships where I competed in both figure and bikini. I did my own nutrition and programming for this show and I’m so proud of the physique I brought. I can’t wait to see what my 2019 season will reveal.
