Since shifting my focus away from leaning out, I have slowly started to appreciate the benefits of not being on a “diet” to lose weight. I’ve stopped obsessing about food as much and MyFitnessPal doesn’t dictate every food decision I make. I have so much more energy throughout my day, I can push myself harder at the gym again, and I can say yes to so many more of the fun things in life (hello G&Ts by the pool and Magnum Almonds). I have zero guilt having two burgers because I can’t decide whether I want beef or chicken. .
It’s definitely not easy though, and it does require a significant shift in mindset. I am sure this will resonate with a lot of ladies especially. We always say progress, not perfection, but it’s very hard to feel like I’m making progress when I can’t physically see it per se. I can’t see much ab definition, and I feel fluffy. It’s so hard to stay motivated and accountable the goal isn’t to get shredded; the results aren’t tangible.

How do I feel though? I feel stronger, happier, more energetic. I sleep better and I very seldom feel the urge to nap anymore (which used to be a daily occurrence). My stomach no longer randomly blows up like a balloon between meals. It all seems very counter-intuitive. But people that obsess over training and their food (be it counting macros, or excluding major food groups) may look “lean” and “fit” - it says nothing about how they feel, what their hormones are doing, what their gut health is like…

Tuna pasta bake with garlic bread 😋

Love comes in many forms.
Shredded
Sliced,
Melted...💓😍 Ingredients :
Processed Cheese grated1 cup
Potatoes boiled, peeled and grated2 large
Oil 1 tablespoon + for deep frying
Onion finely chopped1
Green chillies finely chopped4-5
Bread crumbs 1 cup
Black pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Citric acid a pinch

Method :
Heat oil in a non stick pan. Add onion, green chilies and sauté till golden brown.
Mix together potatoes, bread crumbs, black pepper powder, salt, citric acid, onion-green chili mixture in a bowl.
Divide into small portions and roll into balls. Stuff each ball with cheese and roll again.
Heat oil in a kadai. Deep fry the balls till golden brown and crisp.
Drain on an absorbent paper and serve hot.

It’s my favorite time of year. Personally I feel magic in the air all year round. So it’s really nice to be in the holiday season when more people are open to receiving that spirit all around us. Anticipation of what the new year will bring and letting go of the past. I go deep with my clients. We set intentions for what we want to manifest for the new year. We do energy clearing to let go of any ties that may be holding us back. We choose the feelings we want to experience more of in the coming months. We embody them now and release the rest. Fresh, clear and excited for what we are calling in. Preparing to do my annual Dream Walk with my soul family, I reflect on each area of life. As I began my own manifestation journey for this year, I noticed an intense pull to have more focus in the area of my business. As a leader I know you can relate.
The question I asked was:
What can do differently to support me BEING focused in 2019? What can I do more of? What can I do less of? Here is what started to emerge. A deeper distinction between the activities I choose to engage in to relax versus the things I choose to do that distract me. In 2018 my big theme was relaxation. So much healing and transformation arose from inviting this in. Here is one thing I want to share. This journey allowed me to take an inventory. If I want to be more focused, understanding that relaxing is a key component to igniting my creative flow, then what activities activate it and what numb me?
If you too are interested in creating more focused flow in the area of your business in 2019 then I invite you to do an audit of your chill time.
Ask yourself the following questions:
What “unplug” activities support my creativity, focus and leadership?
What activities suck me into distraction? Make me feel either tired or numb?
It’s a really powerful distinction.

Ingredientes:⠀

2 xícaras de farinha de amêndoas ( ou farinha de qlqr oleaginosa )⠀
1/2 xícara de adoçante ( uso xilitol)⠀
2 colheres de sopa de manteiga ghee temperatura ambiente ( ou manteiga normal ou óleo de coco ) ⠀
1 ovo⠀
Essência de baunilha a gosto⠀
1/4 de colher de chá de bicarbonato de sódio ⠀
1 tablete de chocolate ( 100g) sem açúcar - uso #chocolatedabrissa ( você pode usar em gotas). Coloque o chocolate no congelador ( se usar o tablete pique ele antes). Preaqueça o forno por 15 minutos a 180º. Misture todos os ingredientes e por último acrescente o chocolate já congelado.⠀

Deixe a massa no freezer por 5 minutos. Forme bolinhas com a massa e as disponha ( mantendo um espaço razoável entre elas) em uma forma com papel manteiga ( eu unto mesmo assim). Leve ao forno 180º por 5 minutos, retire e esmague as bolinhas com uma colher para que fiquem no formato de cookies. Leve ao forno por mais 10 minutos e pronto!! Se quiser rechear: quando for formar as bolinhas de cookie, coloque o chocolate congelado no centro, o restante do processo é o mesmo!⠀

Результаты:
14 установленных рекордов Украины:
🔹6 рекордов в приседаниях: 192.5, 201, 206 кг (3 в submasters, 3 в open)
🔹4 рекорда в тяге: 230, 240, 245 (3 в submasters, 1 в open)
🔹4 рекорда в сумме троеборья: 551, 561, 566кг.
🔹1 место в submasters,
🔹1 в open,
🔹1 место в абсолютном первенстве.
Итого 18 дипломов. Собственный вес 70 кг.
В соревнованиях по пауэрлифтингу не выступал с 2003 года. Из-за отсутствия времени, не думал выступать и на этих соревнованиях. Но пообещал выступить за Тетру! и сдержал свое слово.

Is water the best beverage for rehydration?

From a rehydration perspective pure water may not be ideal as it causes a rapid fall in plasma sodium which reduces plasma osmolality and the stimulation to drink this also increases the frequency of visiting the WC 🚽

Ultimately this can delay the rehydration process.

Drinks that contain electrolytes like oral hydration solutions (High5 Zero) and milk. Even drinks that contain energy (cola) all take time to be absorbed and will promote fluid retention thus aiding rehydration.

The Holy Grail of Juices.
The following one is my favorite green juice combo for myself and the one I recommend to all the people I work with restoring their health. This juice is one of the strongest blood, cell and organ purifier & alkalizer. It removes pesticides, heavy metals, synthetic chemicals, and acidic waste. It fights and prevents cancer and also heals cellular damage even from radiation. Since it restores the proper functionality of many elimination organs and channels, this juice heals a lot of diseases and conditions causes from acidic stagnation. This juice is made with one whole celery head, two large peeled cucumber and the juice of 3 limes or 1 lemon. These three elements combined work so well together because;
✨Limes and lemons are amazing cleansers of the liver, kidneys, spleen, thyroid, and gallbladder. Creamy Lemon Grilled Chicken, Asparagus and Artichoke Pasta😍💪🏼 1/2 pound boneless and skinless chicken breast
salt and pepper to taste
1 pound asparagus, washed and trimmed
salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon oil
8 ounce fettuccine (gluten-free for gluten-free)
1 tablespoon butter
2 cloves garlic, chopped
4 ounces cream cheese (reduced fat), room temperature, cubed
1/2 cup parmigiano reggiano (parmesan), grated
1 cup milk (or broth or pasta water)
1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, coarsely chopped
1 lemon, juice and zest
2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
directions
Season the chicken with salt and pepper and grill over medium-high heat until cooked, about 3-5 minutes per side before setting aside.
Toss the asparagus spears in the oil, salt and pepper and grill over medium-high heat until crisp-tender and slightly charred before setting aside to cool and slicing into bite sized pieces.
Meanwhile, cook the pasta as directed on the package.
Meanwhile melt the butter in a pan over medium heat, add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about a minute.
Add the cream cheese and let it melt before mixing in the parmesan, milk and artichokes and cooking until all of the cheese has melted.
Mix in the lemon juice and zest, parsley, season with salt and pepper to taste and enjoy!
