Bolo de Chocolate Low Carb.

4 ovos
1 colher sopa de farinha de linhaça
6 colheres de sopa de farinha de coco
2 colheres de sopa de cacau em pó
2 colheres de sopa de óleo de coco
2 colheres de sopa de creme de leite
3 colheres de sopa de xylitol
4 colheres de sopa leite de coco
1 colher de sobremesa de fermento em pó

Modo de preparo
Bater os ovos no liquidificador, enquanto isso, misture todos os outros ingredientes em uma vasilha. Colocar os ovos por último. Assar em forno pré-aquecido por 35 minutos (fazer o teste do palito). .
Para a ganache:
200 g de creme de leite fresco, 2 colheres de sobremesa de cacau 100% e 3 colheres cheias de sobremesa de xylitol. Mexer bem e colocar no microondas de 30 em 30 segundos até virar um creme. Cuidado para não queimar! .

SMOOTHIE SGONFIA PANCIA

Ingredienti:
3 kiwi
1 mela
250 ml acqua fredda
succo di mezzo limone
la punta di un cucchiaino di zenzero

Procedimento per preparare la bevanda sgonfia pancia:

Sbucciate il kiwi e la mela e tagliateli a pezzetti. Mettete tutta la frutta tagliata a cubetti insieme all’acqua fredda nel frullatore e aggiungete il succo di limone. Unite anche la punta di cucchiaino di zenzero (se lo avete fresco potete grattugiarlo dentro) e frullate per qualche secondo. Se volete potete dolcificare con un cucchiaio di zucchero o un cucchiaino di dolcificante. Potete conservarla ma vi consiglio di berla entro 30 minuti per conservare tutte le proprietà e le vitamine del kiwi.

⚠️⚠️No dispones de Prensa Inclinada, Horizontal ni Vertical en tu gimnasio? ¿o simplemente quieres incluir un nuevo ejercicio a tu sesion de Piernas ...Si dispones de una MultiPower (barra guiada), o barra Smith, lo tendremos muy fácil.🔜🔜🔜🔜🔜🔜🔜 Algunos alumnos que entrenan en sus casas y no disponen de muchos utensilios para realizar el entreno de piernas me preguntaban qué mas ejercicios podrían hacer, además de las clásicas sentadillas, zancadas, peso muerto etc, y disponiendo muchos de ellos de una MultiPower en sus hogares, mi respuesta siempre fue “PRENSA VERTICAL”.📢📢
. 🔶– Podremos acostarnos sobre el mismo suelo (esterilla o colchoneta), o sobre un banco plano (obviamente, en ambos casos colocados debajo de la barra guiada).
. 🔶– Una vez acostados nos colocaremos de tal forma que nos queden aproximadamente las caderas justo debajo de la barra.
. 🔶– Extenderemos las piernas a lo alto, colocando las plantas de los pies debajo de la barra (ésta quedaría apoyada encima del puente de ambos pies).
. 🔶– Alzaremos la barra empujando con ambas piernas, y para girar la barra (para sacarla de los anclajes o sujeciones), la deslizaremos sobre las plantas del pie ligeramente.
. 🔶– Una vez quede la barra libre, teniendo el peso sobre nuestras piernas, comenzaremos el ejercicio con la flexión de piernas llevando rodillas al pecho (aproximadamente), para acto seguido volver a subir por medio de la extensión de las piernas..

Perfect example of how I tell clients you can “eat more” healthy food and be full throughout the day. Looking for fat loss? Make sure you watch portions and eat plenty of nutrient dense foods. Most people’s reaction “ I don’t understand how eating more food will help me loose weight” Often times those people are eating between 1200-1500 calories and only eating a couple times a day sometimes eating everything at night. Try eating small meals every 2-3 hours within your calorie goal for the day. If you’re up to it try calculating your macros!

🍳 🥑 🍑 🍌 🌶️ Nothing fancy about this post. Just a clean, post leg day breakfast. I haven’t been drinking protein shakes everyday! Trying to get protein from natural sources and honestly I have noticed a huge difference. I had so much trouble gaining weight and building muscle before. One protein shake is only 140 calories and I will stay full for half of the day... I’ll only eat 1-2 actual meals a day while drinking protein shakes because not only does the protein keep me full, it would make me extremely bloated. Without the protein I eat a solid 3-4 meals a day with snacks in between and I’ve been able to stay at 108 lbs consistently 🙌 Not against protein shakes, spacing them out just works better for me 💪🏽 pluuussss you can’t douse your protein shake in Valentina Hot Sauce so it’s a win win for me 😂
