Let’s talk skin! I have been on a mission lately to improve my skin. I don’t struggle with harsh breakouts often, but I do have issues with texture and scaring . I have been reading a lot about the foods that can improve your skin, and I am here to share them with you!
But first, did you know that once you turn 25 your body stops naturally producing collagen?! Not cool. However, a lot of these foods contain collagen. You can of course take some collagen yourself. I like to add mine in my morning coffee I can go on and on about nutrition and your skin but for now- Here are the best foods for your skin and cell repair: spirulina, sweet potato, seaweed, cucumber, blueberries, pumpkin, walnuts (acne fighting,) oranges, pomegranate, beets, lemon, greens, avocado, and red pepper. Of course, don’t forget to have water!
