For those of you who don’t know me I have always been physically active, however it has phased in and out. From running to swimming to weights and Insanity DVD’s I have tried many different things. I know everyone has their “thing” and well, I would have to say with out a doubt mine is Bikram Yoga and Inferno Hot Pilates! •
Both of these exercises do not require anything except your own body and 60-90 mins of your time 🕰
There is no jumping involved, it is all low impact on the joints, which I LOVE! After running for so many years my knees are not as strong. Because of this I started feeling weak in so many other types of exercise until Bikram and IHP entered my life ❤️
Everyone has to start somewhere. If you’re feeling nervous or intimidated by trying something new, just remember everyone has been there. “The only bad workout is the one you never had”.
Bikram yoga has brought me on an amazing journey physically, mentally and spiritually. Inferno Hot Pilates has taught me the true meaning of “you don’t know what you’re capable of until you try”. And together both have made me feel much more confident, empowered and stronger especially as a woman. ✊🏼
