Hello We just wanted to check in. Some of you have noticed something different?
Same (old) name...just a new look!
Yes...okay...so this is a little awkward...but together we have come to realise through turn of events that our passion and purpose really belongs in cultivating sisterhood. So we are going back to we’re it all started. HERStory.
Women crave connection.
Women crave community.
Women want sisterhood.
Women want this with their heart.
We are hearing this message where ever we go....we look forward to what’s to come!

What can you exactly do to improve your listening skills?
When listening pay attention not only to the words but the tone of voice, facial expressions, and body language.
This will give you information that will be as important as the words themselves.
Imagine yourself in their situation, wanting only to have someone listen to them.
When they are speaking, make an effort to think of where they are coming from and why.
Are you thinking of how you are going to reply when someone is talking?
Instead of doing that, try to focus completely on what the person is saying. Pretend that you will be tested on how much of what they were saying you heard and understood. You will notice that it gets much easier to focus on their words when you aren’t worrying about how you will respond.
See conversations as learning opportunities. Look to discover or learn something new.
Be open to the idea that your own way of seeing things may not be the only way and don’t feel the need to always defend your own point of view or way of seeing the world.
Make listening to others become an easy and natural way to continue your self-development journey.
People will appreciate that you made the effort to understand and really hear them.
