#tbt to my motorcycle days! Riding a motorcycle has always been scary to me - especially being an OT and having worked with so many patients who have been in bad accidents. It was especially hard for me to get back on a bike after I was t-boned on my first motorcycle and wrecked it. I’m also terrified of doing pole at times especially as I’ve gotten more advanced and do things higher up on the pole because I am really scared of heights. But for me overcoming fears like these to be able to do some of my favorite things in life is liberating and has helped me become a stronger person 💪💪 be safe, but don’t let fear hold you back from doing the things you love 💕
