YES, I do train my arms, not so often - but I do. My arms are naturally "big", but I like when you can see the muscles a bit. However, I don't want them to get too big, which is why I don't train them as much as legs etc♀️ But don't be afraid to train your arms, if you just want to tone them a little bit - use some lower weights, then you won't get big
I always do these two, first 3-4 sets of 8-10 reps with max weight, and then 2-3 sets of low weight one hand until failure!
