Had the Gol Gappa Platter from @farzicafe
It had the tamarind sweet water, the spicy water, the potatoes, boiled grams and for some reason peas that didn't seem to fit.
Although I prefer eating street food from streets because it always wins in the taste and flavour and of course the price, this was also good.

This time it's very hatke as it's 'Maggi Pizza'. TAG all the Maggi & Pizza Lovers

3-4 Maggi Noodles Packs/Cakes
3-4 Maggi Masala Packs
2-3 tbsp Pizza Sauce
5-6 Onion Rings
3-4 Capsicum Rings
3-4 Yellow Bell Pepper Rings
100 gms Processed Cheese
75 gms Mozzarella Cheese
Mixed Herbs (As per taste)
Chilli Flakes (As per taste)
10-15 gms Butter
Take a pan, now pour water, after a boil add Maggi noodles and cook it. Once it’s half cooked add
Maggi masala to it & stir. Once Maggi is ready. Keep it aside.
Now take a tawa/pan. Brush some butter on it and place the cooked Maggi. Level it up and spread it
to make the pizza base.
Flip until one side gets little crispy and golden brown in color. Once the base is flipped, apply pizza
sauce throughout, spread some mozzarella cheese & then place onion rings, capsicum, bell peppers.
Now take a big cube of processed cheese and grate it on the pizza. Sprinkle some mixed herbs & chili
flakes. Cover it with a lid till the cheese melts. Once it’s ready. Cut the pizza slices and enjoy it with
