More Daal than Chaawal ? Yes, thats a thing !! 5 portions of arhar daal with 1 portion rice and I am a happy bunny !!Low on carbs and high on flavour !! While the daal has already had a tadka of desi ghee and sookhi laal mirchi, I sprinkle some more on top with a generous squeeze of lemon. #soulfood

The platter consists of french fries, 3 momos, 3 spring rolls, fried vegetables, garlic bread, cheese and paneer burger and chilly potatoes. Obviously, accompanied with two dips.
The platter which is a hit among instagrammers is not what people show on Instagram. The bun of the burger was very bad. They added food colour to make it green, but it tasted pathetic. Fries didn't had salt. Garlic bread was okay okay.
