CAFFEINATED VERSION: blend 4tbsp freshly cooked pumpkin, 1/4c freshly brewed organic coffee, 1c of hot non dairy milk, 1-2 pitted medjool dates, 1/4tsp vanilla, and 1/4tsp pumpkin spice (or all spice ... same-same). NON-CAFFEINATED VERSION: use caffeine-free coffee, no coffee, or chai tea for extra spiciness 😊
I love these 👌🏻☕️ they are more fun and more flavoursome than a plain latte straight up and down side to side.
For a weight loss version I suggest substituting non dairy milk with 1tbsp coconut oil (only with the caffeinated version) because when coconut oil is mixed with coffee it speeds up metabolism and sheds fat. It will also make the latte sooooo creamy and smooth.
