The scale may be slow moving these days, but I am seeing small differences each week, whether it’s the way my clothes are fitting, or seeing new veins. All signs that I am progressing in the right direction 💪

I find each prep gets a little harder mentally. When you first start this type of journey you see many changes, sometimes rather quickly. Then as you get better and leaner, the changes are gradual and sometimes hard to see. It gets frustrating and you can beat yourself up a lot for thinking you are not making progress 😟
.
So while the scale can be a great tool for gauging progress, don’t rely on it solely. Take lots of pics and take note to the little changes, they can go a long way for your mental state of mind 🤪

⏩🚨🚨Como ter uma alimentação saudável

Algumas atitudes simples e fáceis de ser tomadas para se ter uma alimentação saudável são:
🚨
Comer pelo menos 2 unidades de fruta por dia;

Consumir legumes e verduras no almoço e no jantar;

Incluir proteínas como queijos e ovos nos café da manhã e no lanche da tarde;

Fazer uma alimentação variada, alternando as frutas e legumes que são consumidos diariamente, e variando entre carne, frango e peixe como principais fontes de proteínas;

Beber pelo menos 2,0 L de água por dia;

Reduzir o consumo de sal, preferindo usar temperos naturais como alho, cebola, pimenta, manjericão e salsa, e evitando o uso de temperos em cubo industrializados;

Preferir alimentos integrais, como pão e macarrão integrais, pois são ricos em fibras, vitaminas e minerais;

Evitar o consumo de alimentos ricos em açúcar, como refrigerantes, bolos, chocolates, biscoitos e balas;

Evitar o consumo de frituras, como salgados, pastéis, empanados e batatas fritas, preferindo gorduras boas como azeite, castanhas, abacate, coco, chia e linhaça;

Evitar o consumo de carnes processadas, como salsicha, linguiça, presunto, bacon, peito de peru e salame.

Além disso, é importante preferir alimentos naturais e pouco processados, pois eles têm uma quantidade maior e melhor de nutrientes do que os alimentos processados. Evitar o consumo diário de industrializados é um dos principais passos para iniciar uma alimentação saudável.

Existem três razões fundamentais pelo qual o exercício aeróbico pode não estar funcionando como estratégia de emagrecimento.
.
1) Alimentação - sim, exercício emagrece. Todo déficit calórico leva a perda de peso, que se bem manipulada, será perda de gordura. Sim, o exercício funciona como supressor do apetite também. O grande problema é que algumas pessoas estão tão imersas em um ambiente obesogênico que encaram o exercício aeróbico como algo que mereça ser "recompensado" ou garanta salvo conduto para uma libação alimentar. Assim não funciona. Uma hora correndo na esteira não bate uma tijela de açaí.
.
2) Intensidade - para estimular adaptação é necessário que o corpo precise se sentir provocado. Se o seu equilíbrio fisiológico não for perturbado, nenhuma adaptação será obtida, seja ela melhora de condicionamento cardiovascular ou otimização da composição corporal. Para crescer na vida é necessário sair da zona de conforto. No exercício também é assim. É impossível chegar ao seu objetivo caminhando confortavelmente enquanto se bate papo.
.
3) Progressão - para que o corpo progrida em termos de condicionamento e metabolismo, é necessário que o exercício aeróbico progrida em dificuldade. Imagine que insanidade pensar em ficar mais forte levantando para sempre o mesmo peso, com o mesmo intervalo e número de repetições? Para estimular perda de gordura e atingir um novo platô metabólico, é preciso sistematicamente ir progredindo na intensidade do exercício, porém muitas pessoas se mantém eternamente caminhando no mesmo ritmo esperando um milagre. Se você sempre faz o que sempre fez, você sempre terá o que sempre teve.
.
Por isso lembre-se: não culpe o exercício se o problema está em você.
Controle a alimentação, trabalhe com intensidade progressiva e observe o milagre.
