It’s grilling season and time to try our new Ethiopian steak skewer recipe!
Ingredients: - 1.5-2 lbs skirt steak - 25-30 wooden skewers - 1 tbl olive oil - mola Ethiopian inspired seasoning blend •
1. Soak skewers in water (fully submerged). 2. Preheat grill.
3. Play steak horizontally on cutting board and cut steak into strips on a bias against the grain.
4. Once all stripped had been cut, place them into a bowl and toss with olive oil and a the mola Ethiopian inspired blend to lightly cook the steak.
