Stress is something that does not stop accumulating, if you’re not planning the ways to reduce the levels of stress in your life.... it will consume you 🙅🏻♀️ and it’s not healthy -
It affects your body, it affects your energy, it affects your thought process and overall well-being 😷 -
If there’s a few things that I’ve learnt, it’s;
1. nobody actually gives a fuck what you’re doing, and if they do that’s on them, not you.
2. it’s ok to keep changing your life until you are truly happy with it
3. BE SELFISH! 💯🙌
4. Everything will ALWAYS work out, there’s no point in stressing, everything will always work out in the end
