πŸ•Ok ok, there’s really no right or wrong way.

πŸ•It’s perfectly OK to have a cheat day once in a while. The cheat day isn’t a big deal. The most important thing is to get back on track when it’s over.

πŸ•There are however some guidelines I feel helps the cheat day not get out of hand easily. Things like:

πŸ•1) Instead if a entire cheat day, have a cheat meal. Eat whatever you want for the cheat meal and get back in track immediately the next meal. It helps preventing one cheat day to rollover and become two.

πŸ•2) Stop when you’re full. Eat whatever you want for the cheat meal but stop when you’re full. Cheat meal doesn’t mean eat as much as you want, it’s more of a eat whatever you want food type-wise.

πŸ•3) Don’t set a weekly cheat schedule. Use cheat meals for celebrations, or when you’re really needing that pick me up. When all is well maybe you don’t need a cheat meal for 3 whole weeks. But when life happens maybe you have 2-3 cheat meals within a week. Roll with life. Wait for special moments to use the cheat days.

πŸ•I've found that if you're constantly needing a cheat day, chances are your current diet is too restrictive. Too restrictive either in too little food, or too little variety of foods. It’s important to be in a caloric deficit, but not in such a large deficit that it becomes impossible to sustain. And being in the caloric deficit doesn’t mean you’re only allowed β€œhealthy” foods. You can absolutely include foods that you love.

πŸ•At the end of the day to sustain the weight that you've lost, you also have to sustain the behaviors that got you there. Aim to create long term sustainable habits. Not quick results that never last.

πŸ•It’s always always OK to have a cheat meal or cheat day when you really need one. You don’t need to make up for anything you ate during that time. The only thing you need to do is….

Did K2S Successfully with Champion Tanay,Priti Mam & Sahyadri Trekkers Friend's

Most of the people know about this trek, there are 16 mountains between this trek route and nearly 16 to 20 kms walking will be done during this trek.
At 09.00 pm, we reached near katraj old tunnel, there is a small walking path at the end of the tunnel. It was full moon night so moonlight was so bright and pleasant to keep us motivating.
We were walking from top of the hills with valley on both sides. It was an thrilling experience. At 6.45 am we reached at tar road which lead to the Sinhgad fort. I was very happy to complete this trek as my wish came true with the Big group like Sahyadri. As it's very different experience this time with Heavy Traffic of Trekkers on the route,we enjoyed it very much.

Today was a different day. My arm is still sore so I went light on arms today. Hit some personal bests. I was able to do 10 sit ups. Which I don’t remember the last time I did them(20 years ago maybe) and 40 body weight squats. Legs are definitely feeling it! The goal isn’t to get it done all at once. The goal is to be better then the day before. Thank you all for the love and support. β€’
