Accountability Do we need accountability? Yes! Unless you are super super motivated then that might carry you through but most of us need some kind of accountability to keep us on track. Even the most motivated of us can occasionally hit a stumbling block or have something unexpected which can throw you off course. Therefore it’s a good idea to have some kind of accountability for the actions or tasks you want to achieve. Then you need to decide who or what is your accountability? It can be one person, several people, they can either be close to you or not. It could even be your social media following. So how does it work? Keeping yourself accountable to someone can almost definitely help keep you on track and help reach your goals. It can help with motivation and to re-focus you to set you back on the right track if you have fallen off. Don’t rely on your will power and motivation alone. You will not have it there for you everyday. Accountability is key

So is Coffee Really Bad for You?
It makes me sad to see so many misconceptions about coffee in general.
In 1991 coffee was declared a possible carcinogen, this led many people to believe coffee had negative effects on people's health. In 2016 it was declared that there was no conclusive evidence to suggest that coffee had a carcinogenic effect. In fact, coffee has been linked to many health benefits. Firstly, the coffee bean itself has antioxidants that help prevent free radical damage that has been linked to cancers.
Recent studies have also shown that moderate coffee consumption (3-4 cups a day) can help prevent the risk of Parkinson's disease , Alzheimer's and certain cancers.
However, pregant women and people with other health conditions such as high blood pressure are advised to limit their consumption. So if you have any health issues always consult your doctor or dietition.
