1. Bulgarian Split Squats
To target my glutes & hammies more so than my quads, I lean forward through out the movement. To target your quads, stand upright.
2. Back Extension .
To target my glutes & hammies more so than my back, I round out my back at the top of the movement (kinda like a hunchback). This helps me hinge at the hips and bring the pelvis inward. I also squeeeeeze for 3 seconds at the top for extra glute engagement.
REPEAT 4 times (with little to no rest in between) !!! 🤩

Loving the beach & barbecue.. @naturesrancher turkey burger w/ @hellmannsmayonnaise evoo + @truemadefoods ketchup alongside @hebrewnational_ sauerkraut + roasted Brussels sprouts with garlic, evoo, ground pepper & GARLIC SALT.. And btw, GARLIC SALT is everyyyyything. Never really used it often before, but after this week, the obsession is really real♀️

If there’s one thing I recommend for better glutes at home... it’s resistance bands. Inexpensive and so much you can do .
