Pół roku temu pojawiła się #hanka 👶 i pierwsze 3 miesiace były czasem na wspólne poznanie się 💕 i regenerację (o ile można mówić o regeneracji wstając w nocy po 10 razy 🤪). Czasem jednak trzeba umieć odpuścić i to też nie jest łatwe. Zwłaszcza, gdy patrzysz w lustro i już wiesz o co oznacza to enigmatyczne stwierdzenie: 'ciało kobiety po ciąży zmienia się' 🤦‍♀️ Ale teraz po kolejnych 3 miesiacach jest
✔️ 7kg mniej i zostało 1.5kg do wagi sprzed ciąży 🎯
✔️ po —10 cm w klatce, talii i biodrach 💦
✔️ jakieś 100% więcej siły 💪💯
✔️ lepsze samopoczucie i energia 🔥
Oczywiście przede mną drugie tyle pracy, ale szczęśliwa (i zdrowa!) mama to szczęśliwe dziecko. I nie, nie trzeba się głodzić bo #karmiejemwszystko i dopiero zaczęliśmy rozszerzać dietę Hani, a jej zdrowie to priorytet ❗Do tego uwielbiam jeść 👹 i totalny ze mnie #foodmaniac. Nie trzeba też mieszkać na siłowni 😂, bo świeżo upieczona mama nie ma na to czasu🤷‍♀️. Nie trzeba też stosować chemii typu spalacze itp ☢️
Jeśli udało mi się chociaż trochę kogoś zmotywować to o to mi chodziło ✌️😘 Dla mnie największą motywacją są moje własne małe sukcesy i @mkurcz88 - dziękuję, bez Twojej pomocy by się nie udało ❤️ @analitykadietetyczna i @_olilka_ dzięki za wsparcie 🙏 😘

Repping this mom bod with pride. Taking photos is so important. It’s either going to show you that you’re progressing more than you’re giving yourself credit for OR it’s going to show you that you need to step it up! For me, it showed me a bit of both. I know I’m doing great with my efforts through the week, but weekends go to sh*t. So I’ll work on that. You don’t have to be PERFECT to see results, but you HAVE to put forth your best effort. Will my weekends be 100% to a T with my macros? NO. I am NOT stepping on stage and I truly enjoy relaxed weekends with my family eating some yummy food. But does that mean Friday-Sunday should be all jacked up? No. Pick a day, pick one meal, and do your best to stick to the program the rest of that day. Practice makes perfect. So the more I try to be good on the weekends, the easier it will get and the quicker it will become my NORMAL.

Post-baby core recovery exercises! I’m slowly building back the abdominals with core stabilization exercises. Did you know that jumping into crunches right away can actually hinder your abdominal recovery? Slow and steady wins the race!

So I contemplated for days about sharing this pic and I finally said "Eff It!" I'm posting this to inspire myself and hopefully somebody else who needs inspiration. This a picture of my sis in Love & I at the Baltimore Caribbean Carnival. Together we lost a combined 65 pounds in these photos. No surgery. No pills. Just lots of hard work, early mornings, tons of veggies, smoothies, discipline and sometimes tears. But the results were amazing and we still going! Winter Blues

Does anybody else find it very hard to get themselves to work out in the winter?
Running I can still bring myself to do because my body heats up fast and I can get a really good sweat. However, my workout regime has been really hard for me to get through! I'M SO COLD!

Today, Max woke up pretty early and I initially just wanted to take a long walk. We ended up at the park and he had fun with me working out.

1 more week until baby girl is here! 🖤 so, 1 more week of taking care of me the BEST I can. I’ve had a few people this month ask me, “how do you stay motivated even while pregnant” and I wanted to share my honest opinion on HOW to just stay “motivated” in general (as I don’t truly believe in motivation).

1. You have to INVEST into your health. For years, I took the easiest, cheapest way out and always settled for what I was worth. I truly believe when you INVEST into your wellness, you’re more likely to commit to it.
.
2. You HAVE to have a plan & be prepared. I used to get a gym membership every year and then walk into the gym mindlessly, having NO plan or idea on what I was going to do. So, I’d do the treadmill for a bit, a few lifts, then leave. Over time, this can lead to a plateau in results as your body needs to be challenged, or we can even become lazy or bored. Having a plan in place, knowing what you are going to do day by day, week by week is crucial to staying on track- no matter if you go to the gym or workout at home.

3. You have to have the right support or just even support in general. This is actually key in my opinion! For years, I didn’t have the most empowering support when I wanted to get healthier and once I started to surround myself with the right community, I started to thrive 🦋 I see it way too often, others not having people in their lives that support their “diet” or healthy change and this can lead to self sabotage when others around you just want you to stay the same (and there is NOTHING wrong sister with wanting to make a change when it makes YOU feel good) 👏🏼

I hope with the New Year coming that you can keep these things in mind! They truly make a difference ☀️ the list above is WHY I stand by what I do because every month I invest into my health, I have a guided workout and meal plan to follow, and I have an amazing support group of women to always clap for me..and it has changed my entire life. Even while pregnant 🤰🏼 Just know you CAN achieve your goals and I’m always here to help 💋

Yesterday I had a photo shoot which meant being away from both my babies!! And even though we have found an INCREDIBLE babysitter, which both girls ADORE.. it still broke my Mama heart to have to leave them!!

I remember when I got pregnant, TELLING Josh.. “I’ll work up until I have her but when she comes, I’m staying home.” It was kinda a non-negotiable for me! I wanted to be the mom at the holiday parties & field trips, I didn’t want to be rushed in the mornings and I wanted to be the one they were running to after school!! He was not at all prepared for that but understood my vision & pushed me to find a way to make it work!

Fast Forward almost 8 years later and there’s moments where I seriously have to pinch myself! This morning, Iz forgot her lunch box on the counter and without hesitation I was able to reassure her.. I’ll be right back!!
..
I’ve been able to make my dreams reality, not at all by luck... but by the hard work & dedication I put in to them come to life! For having the hardest working man behind me that is always behind me! And for a a drive that was bigger than my fears.. that allowed me to be the present, happy Momma I’ve dreamt of being since I got my first babydoll!!

So no school today both sick😷🤒 but they find the energy to workout with mommy. Did I get a mat, no I had to lay on the rug. I only got a resistance band because I had one in my room. They took my water bottle and hell no I don't want it back till its decontaminated☣. Love where there minds at but this is why I get up at 4:30.
