Я похудела 😱

Напишу сразу - за полторы - две недели ушло 5 кг 🙈 это очень много для меня (вы заметили на фото и сторис мои рёбра 😖)

Летом у меня всегда аппетит умеренный 👌 Кушать особо не хочется🤗
Мой рацион сейчас - это очень легкие блюда - в основном салаты🥗
Сложных углеводов мало 🙃
Фруктов - много (в первой половине дня)
Воды - тоже много 💦
На завтрак - творог 😋
На ужин - протеин 🍼

Работу и тренировки никто не отменял 😅 Так что жизнь в обычном режиме продолжается 👌
Единственное - это зал🏋️️‍♀️ последний месяц конкретно прогуляла , по этому сейчас хожу с неимоверной крепатуркой 🔥

Ещё один пункт в моем процессе ненамеренного похудения - нервишки 🤬 То что сейчас происходит в моей жизни нужно просто пережить - решить эти задачи и идти дальше 💃

Happy hump day! Can't believe it's Wednesday already!🤯

Crazy upper body pump after this mornings workout💪🏼😳 Was planning to train lower body, it's humpday after all, but my hamstring disagree with me today... so will try again tomorrow 🍑

Also been ill since Monday, powering through and already feeling much better, hopefully will fully recover in the next few days!🍎❤️

Tre anni di distanza da queste foto. A sx avevo 32 anni, i bambini ancora piccolini, poco tempo per me stessa, ma che cercavo di ritagliarmi comunque nei momenti più impensabili, ero molto diversa da oggi. Ero insoddisfatta nel mio lavoro e nel mio matrimonio, mi buttavo nello sport a capofitto e spendevo tantissime ore a correre che era più una medicina per svuotare la mente che per migliorare il mio corpo. Correvo 10-12 km per 3-4 volte a settimana (le restanti 3 volte facevo pesi) ma come potete notare.. il mio fisico era più burroso allora. I miei fianchi più morbidi, il mio addome anche. Potevo piacere di più a qualcuno, (lo scrivo perché mi è già stato sottolineato che ero più “bella e dolce” prima) ma in fin dei conti dobbiamo piacere a noi stessi per primi.
Oggi 35 anni e due bambini cresciuti e quasi indipendenti, al punto che li chiamo “ragazzi”. In questi tre anni c’è stata la rivoluzione totale della mia esistenza, lavoro, matrimonio (felicemente -per entrambi- finito) ma anche nello sport. Ho gradualmente abbandonato la corsa e investito molto di più sui pesi. Erano comunque 10 anni che tiravo su pesi, ma negli ultimi 3 anni sono diventati il mio sport (e ora anche il mio lavoro). Il bodybuilding mi ha trasformata il corpo, mi ha resa più forte, fuori, ma anche dentro. Riguardo questo confronto e sorrido. Non tornerei mai indietro, anche guadagnando anni di vita e figli più piccoli e più “miei”. Ho affrontato tsunami e terremoti in questi tre anni ma oggi sono sdraiata sul prato ancora umido e posso guardare avanti con grinta, forza, volontà. Da vendere.
