Our Elite Football SYSTEM!!! 😤🏈

Over the past couple years, the size of our Elite Football System continues to grow for one main reason...RESULTS! 💪 This year we our now working with over 25 @CFL and #cflprospects athletes in both our on site and off site options.

I made sure to emphasis the use of the word system instead of program, because when we train, there is absolutely NO COOKIE CUTTER programming! When our men come into the gym, each and every one of them are working off a tailored program specifically designed for them. This is where the magic comes from! 😤 While their individualized progam always works to help them attain their specific offseason performance goals, we then dig even deeper by assessing and then addressing the athletes limitations, restrictions and weaknesses at an individual level!

This deep analysis of each athlete is imperative if you truly want to have the most productive offseason possible. Anyone who has ever been involved with football knows the demands that are placed on the body year in and year out. During the rediculously long season these pro athletes face, even small injuries (including minor things as simple as contusions) can lead to compensatory movement patterns. These patterns can then often become engrained, throughout the long season, especially if the athlete is playing through pain. Furthermore, the compensatory pattern for the same injury can be different between athletes based on numerous different factors.

So what does this all mean?

As an elite athlete, your program MUST be tailored to you in order to have the most productive offseason. Unless, your God's gift to the world and are perfectly balanced, with no injuries, no limitations, no restrictions, and no weaknesses, your program should have an individualized focus for the best results. •

🔥 AB WORKOUT 🔥 .

Not a traditional ab workout, but I like to be fun ok?? I love WALL WALKS! They’ve grown to be one of my favorite exercises because you have to engage your core SO MUCH. It also works your shoulders too 😘 You have to engage your core with these or else your back will sag which can cause lower back pain. No bueno! 😤 Try doing like 5 of these and u will seriously feel it. Doing 10 of these in a row is actual insanity. Also, you’ll look like a badass doing these. I’ve been doing a lot of ab work recently because I neglected it for quite some time — I’m sure a lot of us are guilty about this! But, I’m trying to keep more true to what I preach... and having a strong core is one of them! Here’s the workout:
1️⃣ Wall walks (As many as you can!)
2️⃣ Alternating toe touches (20 per side)
3️⃣ Plank Hip Dips (30secs-1 min)
4️⃣ Plank 1 min (not shown)
🌟REPEAT 3 TIMES🌟
I’ll definitely try and post more ab workouts! Definitely not my favorite thing to train but... it’s important in other workouts and our daily lives! 🎵 7 rings — Ariana Grande (kinda obsessed)

Got back to school this week! I definitely could have stayed on break for another month 😂 I have missed a few of my workouts from @alittletaeste 's challenge but hopefully I'll be all caught up by Sunday. These workouts are killer 😥💪🏽

Since I did not eat to healthy over break I gained a couple pounds. I'm starting to track my calories and exercise every day in order to drop some weight and gain some muscle hopefully 🤞🏽

💢Grab a kettlebell that is light enough to press. 💢Flip it upside down(bottoms up) and set your arm to a 90 degree angle.
💢Keep your core tight and press upwards.
💢Slow and controlled while finding the path of least resistance. 💢3 sets of 10 per arm and you’ll be feeling it! 💢Build shoulder strength, mobility, and stability!

Can’t feel proper muscle activation/isolation when you do upper body workouts? Commonly people tend to use too much momentum and use their body to pull or push the weight up. Also using too much of their energy to stabilize and not enough to work the specific muscle (especially doing cable workouts). Try these “supported” workouts for better isolation of specific muscles like the lats and biceps!
1️⃣Chest supported lat pull 3x12-15
2️⃣Knee supported row 4x10-12
3️⃣Back supported Lying Bicep Curl 3x10-12
