Photoshoot Prep Day 14/71 (Long post)
Here we are 2 weeks into the photoshoot. My starting calories were 2600 kcal and I’ve been trying to stick to that for the past 2 weeks. My maintenance calorie intake is estimated to be around 2800 - 2900 kcal so I’ve put myself into a slight deficit. There has been 4 days out of the 14 days I have overeaten my calorie allowance.
Besides doing that… on the positive… I started at 188.4lbs I have gone from average weigh ins of 185.7lbs in week 1 and 183.7lbs in week 2. So I have still been losing weight.
This is why I encourage people to track there progress. Because of the few days I fucked up on I thought these last two weeks have been pointless but cus I have my tracker I can look back on it and see results. Which mentally keeps me stable and I can see that I’m still seeing results.
I’ve been feeling so stressed and pressured to cut down for this photoshoot already. It’s roughly 8.5 weeks away now.
If I was to continue losing an average of 2lbs per week by the time the photoshoot comes I will have lost 17lbs and be weighing 166lbs which will be very very lean! Not saying for definitive that’ll be my weight.
This post is just to recap the past 2 weeks of my prep and to remind myself (and you) bad days happens. But if we stay on track of our weight loss we’ll back to reach our goal.
So, you may have found that useful and you may want to implement some form of tracking strategy into your own weight loss journeys.
No workout videos or food pictures today. But I went to Tesco after the England game and picked up some healthy low calorie high protein snacks that will help me to stay on track with my diet. One thing living it at home as that there are always bad foods around (trigger foods) that can start of a binge.
By sticking with these foods I’ll be able to consume them moderately and won’t crave any of the shit foods at home. -
