This exercise not only targets your entire core muscles but also works on your shoulder stability and strengthens your chest and shoulder muscles. . .
While there are about a trillion variations of this exercise, these are two of my favourites... Used to do them when i was a beginner and now that I am in pain it's the planks again that come to my rescue... I am still a learner and will always continue to be... Stay strong... . . .
