500g lean mince 500g macaroni/spaghetti 1 medium onion 1 can tomato 2 garlic cloves 100ml tomato sauce 70g butter 70g flour 100ml milk 100g cheese Salt and pepper to taste.
Method:(sauce) -Chop onion and saute in a pan -brown mince along with crushed garlic -add chillies and tomato sauce plus the can of tomatoes -simmer for 25mins -put pasta to boil until aldenté
Bechamel -melt butter over medium heat -gradually add milk until thick stir continuously -season with salt pepper and nutmeg -add cheese stir until melted -drain pasta and add to a baking dish -add mince mixture and mix well -top with bechamel and bake for 20min until golden brown
