Mmm soup! Perfect anytime food. Today feeling a lil meh and my two littles 🤧🤒🥺. Needed something quick, soulful, fresh, and filling and this veggie chicken soup did not disappoint! 🥦🥕🌽🍲 I’m a big believer that food should be enjoyed,acknowledged, and appreciated without judgement. Food is food, not ‘good’ or ‘bad’—these are judgements. Of course, not every food should be consumed in equal amounts. However, deprivation or negative associations don’t help either. ✨Mindful eating✨
Food is good. Leave negative associations behind. Give yourself permission to enjoy your food, let it delight the senses, and follow your body cues.
I don’t know about you but the more I tell myself to not do something, the more I want to do it. It’s human nature 🤷🏻♀️ So spare yourself the food drama, make healthy choices, eat mindfully, and allow yourself to enjoy the experience. 🔅My mantra: taste everything but in moderation. 🔅
