When you get angry and get stressed, what happens to your body?
We use our body to express our emotions.
Well... that's how it's supposed to work.
When we don't do that- When we hold in our emotions our body suffers. From a little tightness to full blown Dis-ease... it let's you know what's up.
So back to the post.... thriving in an Emotional Body..
You do this by consciously recognising your blocks in your body and by letting your emotions literally move through you.
Stopping our feelings is futile and a good way to become a robotic, disconnected and pained human being.

To thrive in an emotional body, physical self-expression is key and it can be done in a way that is authentic without harming anyone in the process.
Yes that means, you can get angry and not hurt anyone.
It's natural, it's firey, it's an explosive energetic signature that deserves to move and be used.
